Included for every client

Your client workspace.

Every client gets a private workspace, stood up for them and kept at an address of their own. It is where the work happens in the open: what we are building, what is done, what we need from you, and every file, document and decision along the way.

02 / How it works
01

Projects, side by side

What it is
A project is one piece of work with its own plan, files, documents and decisions. A business with a website, a booking system and a print run in flight has three projects, not one long email thread.
How it works
We create each project and add the people who should see it. A project only appears for the people added to it, and a quiet badge on the project says who can see it.
Why it matters
You always know which project you are looking at, and nothing from one piece of work leaks into another.
02

A plan with progress you can read

What it is
The plan lays the work out in stages and weeks. Each stage has a progress bar; each week has a goal and a plain list of what has to be true for the week to count as done.
How it works
We tick steps off as they are finished, and the bars move. You see the same numbers we do.
Why it matters
You never have to ask where things stand. The answer is on the first screen.

03

A calendar that goes on your phone

What it is
Every step, meeting and milestone sits on a month, week or list calendar. Add to my calendar gives you a private link that puts the project calendar into Google, Apple or Outlook calendar.
How it works
Your phone calendar subscribes to the link, so new dates appear on their own. The link belongs to you and can be switched off at any time.
Why it matters
Deadlines that need something from you turn up where you already look, not in a tool you have to remember to open.

04

A timeline of the whole build

What it is
The timeline shows each stage as bars across the weeks, filled by how much is done, with a line marking today and diamonds for milestones.
How it works
It draws itself from the plan, so it is always current. Weekends are left out so the bars show working time.
Why it matters
You can see at a glance whether a stage is running ahead, on time or late, and what comes next.

A board: your work, our work, done

What it is
Three columns. Your work is what we need from you. We’re working on is what is in progress this week. Done is everything finished.
How it works
Each card says what it is, which brand it belongs to and when it is due. When something is waiting on you, it sits in your column until you hand it over.
Why it matters
It makes the split of responsibility visible. Nothing stalls because nobody knew it was theirs.

06

An upload checklist

What it is
A short list of the things we need from you, such as documents, logos or reference files, each with its own Upload button.
How it works
Upload the file against the item and the item ticks itself, showing who sent it and when. The file goes straight into the project’s files. If something is not a file, Mark done closes it.
Why it matters
You are never guessing what is still outstanding, and we are never chasing attachments through email.

07

Messages and group threads

What it is
Direct messages between two people, and group threads for a whole team. Posts and replies inside a project keep the conversation next to the work it is about.
How it works
Mention a person and they are notified. Files can be attached to a message, and whoever can see the message can open the attachment.
Why it matters
Decisions and questions stay attached to the project instead of scattering across inboxes and texts.
08

Files, both ways

What it is
A shared library for each project and a personal one for each person. You send us material; we send you drafts, proofs and finished files.
How it works
Folders can be private, shared with chosen people, or open to everyone in the workspace. Programs and scripts are refused, and every download is a short-lived link.
Why it matters
One place to find the latest version of anything, with a clear sense of who can see it.
09

Documents and interactive explainers

What it is
Plans, reports and explanations written as readable pages inside the workspace, not as attachments. Some are interactive: tabs, choosers and calculators that let you explore an idea instead of reading about it.
How it works
We publish a document and it appears in the project, with a notification. Updating it updates the page for everyone, so there is only ever one current version.
Why it matters
Complicated things, such as how a system will work, are easier to agree on when you can click through them.

A record of decisions

What it is
A running list of what was decided, when, and by whom, each with a short explanation.
How it works
We add a decision as soon as it is made. Anyone on the project can open a discussion on it.
Why it matters
When a question comes up in three weeks, there is a record to point back to, and no one has to rely on memory.

11

Email digests, not email floods

What it is
Everything new in the workspace gathered into one email, three times a day, once a day, or not at all.
How it works
You choose the rhythm and what goes in: messages, shares, new posts, headlines, uploads. Notifications always remain inside the workspace as well.
Why it matters
You stay informed without a stream of single-line emails, and you never get emailed about something you did yourself.

Your brand on your workspace

What it is
The workspace carries your logo, colours, fonts and time zone from the first screen. A business with several brands gets each brand’s own look inside the same workspace.
How it works
We set it up once from your brand files. Content is tagged to a brand and takes that brand’s colours and logo automatically.
Why it matters
It feels like your own tool, and your team and customers are never sent to something that looks like someone else’s.
